Danny, we really appreciate everything about our new 16 x 12 log-sided shed that you installed this month. Your customer service was outstanding, from the initial visit where you helped us decide what to get, to the very prompt site preparation and delivery schedule which enabled us to have the shed installed prior to the start of work on our garage addition. You coordinated the tree removal needed and the grading and delivery of the rock for the site, and then the difficult placement of the shed between two large trees so it looks absolutely perfect and is convenient for our use. The quality of the building is wonderful - it's solid, level, and really beautiful. Thanks for your personal involvement and for ensuring everything went so well.

Marge and I are delighted with our 14 x 24 garage that you delivered and placed
for us about four weeks ago. Its quality construction certainly exceeded my expectations;
I was envisioning a kind of "aluminum shed" look, but what you provided was a top-quality
building of all-lumber construction, complete with vinyl siding and roof shingles
colored to match our vacation home! You may recall that we originally wanted a conventional
garage, but our contractor, Bill Spiker, found that our only feasible site contained
large rocks that prevented any such construction. It was shortly after that setback
that Bill, after researching other local options, recommended Tri-State Gazebo to
us. Thanks to your Web site illustrations we were able to get a good idea of the
appearance our future garage would take. That vision, plus Bill's recommendation,
gave us confidence to place our order with you. I could rave on about the new garage,
especially your impressive equipment for placing such a large structure exactly (to
the inch!) on its planned location, but the bottom line results are these: 1. Our
new garage, which now houses our car, our ATV, our motorcycle, with room left over
for a workbench, was delivered in a fraction of the time required to build a conventional
garage. 2. The cost of the Tri-State garage was less than one third of what a conventional
garage would have cost, even with some of the extra features we requested. 3. Dealing
with Tri-State Gazebos has been nothing short of pleasurable, thanks to your thorough
knowledge of your product line and an unquenchable desire to please your customers.
Marge and I are both very happy that such quality-oriented firms are located in and
around Oakland, and that we chose Tri-State Gazebo in particular to supply our out-building

You just set our gazebo and I am so pleased with the way it looks. I want people
to know that you got to our site at 7:00 and it was set up by 8:15! It was set with
ease and you were professional in every way. The quality of the gazebo far surpasses
any other supplier. We checked out three other places, one in Morgantown and
one in Clarksburg as well as in Ohio and your prices are the best.

Danny, I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how thrilled we are with the
Alpine shed you installed for us. With its log siding and green trim it matches the
house perfectly and blends in with the wooded setting like it was always intended
to be there. I spent a few minutes looking over the details of construction and
continue to be impressed with everything I see. The roof eaves, the fit of the
doors and windows, and the accuracy of the framing are all more like the quality
of a home rather than a shed. Finally, I really appreciate the flexibility of the
crew in being able to move all the pieces to a difficult location and get it all

After looking in a three state area, namely West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland, we
found our best buy for a miniature camping cabin from Tri-State Gazebo. Mr. Miller,
from the very beginning of our desire to purchase his product, was very helpful and
willing to go the extra mile to help us acquire and set-up our cabin.
Mr. Miller was called upon a few times to stop by and give advice about the preparation
for the placement of the building. After everything was in order, the dream house
was delivered. We were amazed at the precision and accuracy with which Mr. Miller

Because we live some distance from our vacation home on Bethlehem Road,it was
a little unnerving to complete a transaction for a custom 8x10 shed without face
to face meeting or a contract for the construction. I'm happy to say, that we
are totally satisfied in every respect with the site preparation, the workmanship
of construction and detail regarding the manufacture and delivery of the custom
shed. Working from a hand-drawn plan and verbal directions,you were able to accomplish

Several years ago it was our 35 anniversary. My husband knew I always wanted a
gazebo. We went to visit Tri State Gazebo and met Danny Miller. He was very helpful
in helping us decide which gazebo would best suit our needs. His delivery time was
prompt and his setup for the gazebo was neat and tidy. There were no messes in
our yard when he left, it looked like our gazebo just dropped in from the sky. I
wanted the gazebo but my hubby ended up setting in it the most with his friends and
having coffee everyday with someone while battling the fight against cancer.
When folks would come by for a visit we always ended up in the gazebo and they
always hated going home. It is so relaxing and comfortable. My husband has since
passed away but I have my memories of the day we bought the gazebo from Danny and
the memories of my hubby laughing and joking with all of his friends. I also have
the memory of a wonderful anniversary gift from him.
Now every time I sit in it I think of my husband. A gazebo is a good place to
find solitude and talk to your God. A good place to reminisce, a good place to laugh
and a good place to talk to old friends. If you have ever had any reservations
of purchasing a gazebo, don't, my husband and I both agreed it was one of the best
anniversary gifts we could ever give one another. Danny will help you and treat
you special and who knows you just may make a new friend like we did.
